Kelyniam is a United States based medical device company that originated in 2011, with it's first PEEK custom cranial and craniofacial implants, and went on to obtain a patent in 2019, for an Integrated Fixation System.
Kelyniam utilizes 3D printing technology to create defect models for every case, and manufactures each implant via CNC machine to create a customized, precision fit to match each patient.
Customized Precision. Expedited.

The only cranial and craniofacial implant made from PEEK formulated with biphasic calcium phosphate, a natural component of bone, to promote bone in‑growth and enhanced osseointegration.
Fusion™ implants are fully customizable, offering the strength of PEEK and the same precise anatomical fit as our standard PEEK implants, along with a patented Integrated Fixation System (IFS) tabs, optional perfusion holes and temporal cutback, as well as rapid 24-48 hour turnaround upon request.
Engineered for strength. Built for better outcomes.

Kelyniam became the first and only cranial implant manufacturer to receive a patent for a cranial and craniofacial Integrated Fixation System (IFS).
Kelyniam's FDA cleared IFS Tabs provide a fast and easy way to secure the implant with commercially available cranial and craniofacial screws.
The integrated tabs may save operating time, and lower costs by reducing the need for cranial and craniofacial plating, thus also decreasing the need for additional hardware in the surgical site.

Osteopore® devices are intended for use in the repair of neurosurgical burr holes, craniotomy cuts and other cranial defects.
Osteopore® devices are made of Polycaprolactone (PCL), a biodegradable polymer which degrades and resorbs fully over 24 months. PCL’s degradation profile possesses an optimal resorption rate which maintains mechanical integrity during the healing process – minimizing adverse host-implant and inflammatory reactions.
Osteoplug, Osteostrip, and Osteomesh are bioresorbable implants with a patented interconnected porous architecture that mimics the natural cancellous bone microstructure. This bone scaffold creates an environment for tissue and vascular ingrowth.

Kelyniam's 3D printed models are created directly from CT Scan DICOM images and/or .stl files.
Medical models are useful tools for surgical labs, planning and educational purposes.
Kelyniam's 3D printing technology allows us to create models outside of the medical space, as well.
