Tennyson S. Anthony President/CEO


Mr. Anthony has over sixteen years of experience as an accomplished attorney with experience in running a successful law practice that concentrated in business formations, contract negotiations, estate planning, personal injury, and real estate, conducting more than one hundred closings annually with a total transactional value in excess of thirty million dollars. Mr. Anthony recently argued two trial appeals before the Connecticut Appellate Court. Attorney Anthony attending the University of Hartford where he received his bachelors in Science and then attended Franklin Pierce Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. While attending law school Mr. Anthony concentrated his studies on Business and Intellectual Property law. He simultaneously completed the Intellectual Property Summer institute as well as the Advanced Licensing Institute at Franklin Pierce Law Center. Mr. Anthony brings a plethora of international experience in negotiating multiparty transactions. He has lived outside of the United States and has traveled extensively.

Thomas J. Cleary, Jr. Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Cleary has over 30 years of experience on Wall Street and with Fortune 500 companies that spanned executive operational management, portfolio development, identifying and developing strategic consolidation opportunities, investment banking, and research.  For the last ten years, Mr. Cleary has positioned himself as a proactive partner to organizations confronting an abundance of intellectual property, scarcity of financial capital and no clear pathway to commercialization.  He provided institutional investor access, time and strategic support frequently creating new venture development thereby leading to asset monetization.  Mr. Cleary’s Wall Street career spanned Kidder Peabody, Alex. Brown & Sons and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.  His career began at Continental Group and continued to General Foods (now Kraft Foods) and CB Commercial Real Estate (now CBRE).  Mr. Cleary has a B.S. from Fairfield University and M.B.A. from University of Bridgeport.

Christopher Breault VP Operations/Director

Mr. Breault has over 12 years experience as a contract consultant for a wide range of industries including Aerospace, Defense , Medical Implant & Product Development, Consumer Products , and many others. Mr. Breault has developed a 3D content management system that was designed in accordance with ISO 13845, ISO 9001:2003, and 21 CFR 820 standards as well as HIPPA Compliant data transfer protocol. He also has extensive knowledge of various forms of rapid prototyping for use within the medical industry. Mr. Breault was the President of Cranston Holdings, LLC and one of its its divisions, Stereolithography.com provided rapid prototyping and product development solutions to a variety of companies such as NASA Glenn Research, Stryker orthopedic, Serria Nevada Corp, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, SAIC, and Pratt & Whitney.these industry for over 15 years. Mr. Breault has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University.

Dr. Christopher Mirucki Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Mirucki received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 2002 from Ithaca College in New York. He earned his D.M.D degree in 2006  and a Master’s degree in the field of molecular and microbiology in 2009 from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Mirucki has received his board certification in Endodontics from the American Board of Endodontology in April 2010, being one of the youngest to achieve this feat in less than one year after completion of his post-graduate training. He has been the recipient of several scholastic and clinical awards during his undergraduate dental and post-graduate training Dr. Mirucki has been elected to the Scientific Advisory Board of the Journal of Endodontics where he reviews and critiques various research articles.

Nick Breault VP of Production

Mr. Breault has over 10 years experience in the rapid prototyping & rapid manufacturing industries. In the field of rapid manufacturing, his proficiency in technical software packages spans multiple industries, including the Materialise software suite used in medical device design. As well as being a certified CNC operator, Mr. Breault utilizes the most advanced rapid prototyping technologies available in the field.  His industry expertise includes: Aerospace, Medical Implant, Consumer Good, and Specialty Product Development.  His career began as Co-Founder of Cranston Holdings LLC – Stereolithography.com. Clientele included: NASA Glenn Research, Stryker Orthopedic, Serria Nevada Corp, Naval Undersea Warfare Center, SAIC, and Pratt & Whitney. In addition to Mr. Breault’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University, he is certified in the Implantation of the ISO13485:2003 from the same university.

 

Mark Chenoweth VP Sales/Marketing

Mr. Chenoweth has over 16 years experience as a successful sales and sales management professional, bringing strong expertise in business development within the medical device industry. Prior to joining Kelyniam, Mr. Chenoweth held the position of Strategic Account Manager for Stryker Craniomaxillofacial, where he developed sales and marketing strategies for the sales organization, assisted in the implementation and product launch of a line of craniofacial implants, and was responsible for a  twenty million dollar revenue goal. With his extensive knowledge and strong relationships in multiple surgical specialties including; Neurosurgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Mr. Chenoweth has developed continuous records of achievement generating revenues and improving profitability in a rapid growth, highly competitive medical device industry. Mr. Chenoweth received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing with high distinction from Northern Illinois University.
