James  Ketner                              President/CEO/Chairman

                                                                       

Mr. Ketner has over 18 years of experience as a contract consulting engineer and operations manager for Fortune 500 multinational companies. He has a successful track record of operations streamlining, maximizing productivity, and directing companies to achieve record profitability through increased efficiency and productivity with state of the art technology. A resourceful decision-maker combining strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to direct programs throughout the design and manufacturing processes.  Extensive experience and expertise in high tech engineering and manufacturing environments. Mr. Ketner started his career as a Numeric Control programmer at General Dynamics Corp.  In 1991, Mr. Ketner embarked on his own as a consultant, and has done contractual consulting work for General Dynamics, Pratt and Whitney, Boeing, Lockheed, Daimler Chrysler, Fiat, Honda Research and Development, Rockwell, Sikorsky Aircraft, Embraer SP, and Dassault/Falcon Jet. Mr. Ketner has traveled extensively and is well versed in conducting business in North and South America.

John Mastoloni                       V/P Sales/Marketing/Director

                                                                 
Mr. Mastoloni has over 16 years of experience consulting companies to achieve their goals in today's high end rendering and computing environments. He has taken companies business ideas and models from initial concepts, to full- scale production and working operations for corporations like Pratt and Whitney, Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed, Bell Helicopter and Sikorsky Helicopter. He has experience in all disciplines of corporate operations from small scale to multi million dollar firms. In 1998, Mr. Mastoloni founded M2 systems, which initially provided services to the Jewelry industry. Mr. Mastoloni diversified M2 systems into a company which touched many different industries such as medical, aerospace, automotive, various manufacturing and design corporations as well as the jewelry industry. Mr. Mastoloni is currently the president of M2 Systems, and has a proven track record of operating all aspects of the daily operations of a sophisticated manufacturing and design company. John Mastoloni graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in 1990. He has traveled extensively, and is well versed in doing business outside of the U.S.

Michelle LynRay                       Secretary/Treasurer/Director

 

Ms. LynRay has over 10 years experience as a director, owner, operator, and manager of a privately held small business.  She has a successful track record of directing a business from initial start-up, to profitability recognition and growth through marketing, sales, and her management skills. In her capacity as Secretary/Treasurer, Ms. LynRay oversees all of the company's daily operations.  Before owning her own business, and working for Kelyniam Global, Inc.  Ms. LynRay oversaw the daily operations and back office operations of a multi state Law firm.  Ms. LynRay currently serves as a professors assistant for the accounting department at Pulaski Technical college in Little Rock.

Thomas Ziolkowski                               Operations Manager

Mr. Ziolkowski has over 20 years experience in Advanced Engineering Environments specializing in CADCAM technology.  His experience touches almost all disciplines in the Aeronautical Industry including Fixed Wing and Rotor Wing vehicles.  His knowledge also encompasses CNC (Computerized Numeric Control) programming of lost wax castings for the Jewelry industry.   He has a proven track record in “Cradle to Grave” project management and Mr.  Ziolkowski’s proficiency is supported by over 25,000 hours of CADCAM software experience with CATIA and SDRC.  Tommy has performed contractual consulting for such firms as Pratt and Whitney, Boeing, Dow United Technologies and Sikorsky Helicopter. Tommy attended Central Connecticut State University from 1983 to 1988 where he studied Mechanical Engineering.  He was instrumental in the startup and success of M2-Systems dating back from 1998 thru its recent acquisition by Kelyniam Global, Inc.  Mr. Ziolkowski is currently the Operations Manager for Kelyniam Engineering, and oversees all of the operations of this high technology center.

Alexander Borges Dos Santos                                 Director

                                                                       
Mr. Dos Santos has over 30 years of experience as an architectural engineer in the design and construction industry. He possesses a Bachelor of Architecture, Mackenzie University, Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Săo Paulo, Brazil 1971-76. Mr. Dos Santos has also completed advanced studies in Concrete Structural Technology from the school of engineering, Taubaté, Brazil, 1974 -75. Alex is fluent in English and Portuguese and is an American born Citizen. He has a proven track record of managing projects from initial conception to project management, while maintaining organization, scheduling, and project financing. His experience passes through small custom architectural designs, to million plus square feet commercial and residential construction projects while focusing on cost effective aesthetics.  Mr. Dos Santos has been living and working in New York City for 26 years, and has citizenship in both the United States and in Brasil.

Richard G. Owston                                                    Director

 

Mr. Owston has over 45 years experience in Large Scale Privately Owned and Publicly held Corporations, historically in the Oil and Gas Industries. He has served as a key initiator in the growth and development of these companies and has a proven track record which encapsulates but is not limited to Consolidation and Cost Reduction, Obtaining continued growth and profitability by increased Corporate Exposure, Marketing and Sales, Employee Relationships,  Human Resource Development, and many other diverse roles as demands require.  In addition to his role on the Board of Directors of Kelyniam Global, Inc., Mr. Owston currently serves as the President of J-W Measurement Company, a division of J-W Operating Company.  Mr. Owston has also worked for and reported directly to top management for The Western Company, Wyly Corporation, and General Electric.  Mr. Owston graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1963.  He has Traveled extensively, and has a tremendous contact base here in the United States which will expose Kelyniam Global, Inc.'s objectives to potential merger and acquisitions facilitating the company's directives outlined in our shareholder commitment and operations charter.
