Kelyniam effectuates 2:1 forward split

Kelyniam Global, Inc. will effectuate a 2:1 forward stock split today at 6:00 p.m. eastern standard time.

All shareholders of record on this date shall receive an additional share for each share owned which will be delivered by an additional stock certificate.
