Kelyniam Changes Name

Kelyniam Global, Inc. filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on form 8-K, outlining the company's recent name change, Authorized Share Structure change, and the effective date for a 2:1 forward stock split.

The 2:1 forward stock split will be effectuated on December 10, 2007, at 6 p.m. eastern standard time.  All shareholders of record on this date shall receive an additional share for each share owned which will be delivered by an addition stock certificate.
