Kelyniam Receives Effect Statement from SEC

Kelyniam Global, Inc. received an Effect statement from the Securities and Exchange Commission for a registration statement filed on Form SB-2.  This registration statement includes all of the securities that have been sold by the company to date.

The company is currently in the process of finalizing the remaining forms with FINRA in order to acquire a ticker symbol and begin trading on the OTC.BB.
